Field Service Technician for Voice & Data Solutions

Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for a wide variety of duties, including the installation of PBX, LAN, WAN hardware and related software applications.  We are very concerned about really serving our customer.  Therefore, we are seeking individuals who are concerned about making the best possible impression and contribution to our customer services.

Responsibilities:

Candidate responsibilities will include, but not limited to the service and installation of Toshiba, NEC, Active Voice, and 3COM NBX100 systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands on and working knowledge of Toshiba, NEC, Active Voice and/or 3COM products. 

  • A high level of troubleshooting skill and experience.

  • A reliable vehicle that can be used for day to day service.

  • An excellent driving record.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Represent KTS Networking Solutions in a professional manner at all times.

  • Plus Experience & Skills...

    • Toshiba Telecom Certification

    • CAT5 cabling

    • Router setup and maintenance

    • Strong PC OS knowledge

    • Microsoft OS Certification

    • 3COM Certification
