SWORD without the QuickBooks Link is essentially a Service Order entry program. QuickBooks Customer and Items files can be imported into SWORD. This version allows the generation of the following:

SWORD with Software Commerce Agent (SCA) for QuickBooks, provides two-way transfer of customer data and Service Orders can be transferred to QuickBooks as Invoices.

Multi-level Security Security allows you control of what Users can edit specific information or have access to specific modules.	Customer Master Data You have virtually instant access to customer data through a variety of search methods, including Contact, Organization Name, Address, Phone Number and a partial string.	Service Order Entry Screen Customer information is auto-populated by the Customer's Master File.
Scheduler Module SWORD's Scheduler allows Service Orders to be sorted or grouped by several different criterias. A user can change the sort order by clicking on each WINDOW TAB.	Order Auditing & Processing The SWORD audit window provides an easy way to meticulously track every Service Order from entry to invoicing.	Report Builder Most reports can be customized with SWORD's Report Builder. SWORD generates Service Orders, Purchase Agreements and Maintenance Contracts, plus more.
