Total KTS Maintenance Plan
Parts replacement, while indeed covered by our Total KTS Maintenance Agreement, is just the beginning of a total maintenance plan. As you may know, there are many
other considerations that may effect your costs, capabilities and functionality of your business communications system. Our Total KTS Maintenance Agreement complements your
business by providing you with a total maintenance plan for your business communications system. Our Total KTS Maintenance Agreement covers the following situations:
- Guaranteed service response
- ‘No trouble found’ service requests.
- A 10% discount on all additions, moves and changes to systems covered by the Total KTS Maintenance Agreement.
- An annual preventative inspection of PBX and VM Systems.
- Reasonable requests for additional user guides as needed.
- Station cabling problems on all ‘active station cables/ports’.
- Replacement of defective base cords and handset cords.
- Trouble-shooting and reporting telephone company central office line problems. Plus, interfacing with local and long distance companies for consultations and service related escalation.
- Up to one hour of on-premise end-user training, free of charge.
- Up to one hour of remote program changes per quarter year, free of charge. (Requires remote programming KTS equipment installed at the customer site.)

We will renew your Total
KTS Maintenance Agreement automatically at the end of each year, and you will automatically be invoiced for the renewal. Of course, you may cancel your Total
KTS Maintenance Agreement at any time. However, for your protection, we guarantee that we will not cancel your maintenance plan for any reason, other than for non-payment.
